Conference Registration Fee includes:

  • access to the conference sessions including the Signature Industry Forum;
  • one welcome event;
  • one social dinner event;
  • coffee breaks and selected meals during the conference sessions;
  • networking opportunities with other conference attendees and speakers;
  • conference material.
  • The Silicon Valley workshop has an additional registration.

    In addition, authors must pay IEEE publication fee (IEEE Xplore publication fee €250 or IEEE Open Access publication fee €2.000).


    Visa information

    International attendees (not Europeans) should apply for Visa. If you require a visa to attend or speak at ICTE 2020 in Bologna, Italy please provide the following information:

    1. Name
    2. Institution (university or company)
    3. Gender (for the correct pronoun)
    4. Citizen of what country
    5. Role in conference
      • Author of a paper
      • Keynote, Industry Forum speaker, workshop
      • Attendee
    6. If you are an author please list the title(s) of the paper(s) you will be presenting
    7. If you are a speaker please provide the title of your presentation

    You must register and pay for the conference first, then make the request.

    Send this information in an email to luca.foschini@unibo.it and we will provide you with a suitable signed visa invitation letter in PDF format. Some countries wish to know additional information such as travel dates to and from the conference, if that is your experience please provide that as well. You are welcome to include information such as passport number and other data that you feel the embassy requires.
